Rules and Regulations


This rental unit is a privately owned condominium. We encourage you to enjoy your stay but we ask you to treat the premises and contents with respect. All towels and property of the unit shall not be taken out of the premises. We really do want to return your deposit.

A minimum stay of 2 days is required for this unit.



This condominium is smoke free. Smoking is only allowed outside of this unit.



Pets are absolutely not permitted.


Payment and Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost of your stay is required to confirm a reservation. Visa, American Express, Certified Cheque, Cash or Money Order is accepted. The deposit is refundable if a notice of cancellation is received at least 21 days before the date of arrival, less a fee of $50.00. If the reservation is cancelled less than 21 before the date of arrival the deposit is non-refundable. Please note that there are no reimbursements for late arrivals, early departures or other services otherwise missed. The final payment will be received within 7 days before the date of arrival. For all reservations for the high season (Dec.21 to Jan.3), the final payment must be received by the first of December.


Security Deposit

A deposit of $500 is required. The deposit will be returned 48 hours after departure less any fees, damages or unpaid long distance calls. In the event any damages exceed $500, the balance will be taken from the credit card.


Check In and Check Out

Check in is no earlier than 4:00 p.m. and check out is no later than 11:00 a.m.


Telephone Charges

A calling card may be used for long distance calls. Any long distance calls charged to this unit will be charged to the guest plus a 25% administration fee. All local calls are free of charge.
